Intended to help people reach their OMEGA BODY – or final, most advanced form – OMEGA BODY Weight-loss focuses on achieving hormonal optimization, to help people burn off the stubborn fat that has been clinging to their trouble areas.
The premise of the product is simple: it’s much harder to lose the last 5-15 pounds than it is to lose the first 20, 30, or even 50. The reasons for this are hormonal. The product covers the relationship of hormones like leptin, ghrelin, testosterone, estrogen, cortisol, IFG-1, insulin, and Growth Hormone to fat loss and body comp.
More importantly, it discusses the relationship of these hormones to each other, and how that helps (or hinders) fat loss.

Here’s how we accomplish this:
When it comes to losing the last few pounds, simple metabolic work won’t cut it; instead, you need to train in a way that creates specific hormonal responses. Omega uses a combination of FOUR different training modalities (or styles) to help achieve this goal. Each one of these of these modalities is used to address a specific hormonal issue:
- Standard MRT – addresses insulin based fat storage via increased insulin sensitivity. produces IGF-1
- Density Training – helps increase testosterone levels and addresses estrogen influenced fat storage
- Lactic Acid Training – increases growth hormonal and helps off set cortisol influenced fat storage
- Strength Circuits – helps maintain high strength levels, as well as increase neurological efficiency, and myogenic muscle tone
There Omega Weight-loss program is 6 weeks long, and each of these 4 “types” will be performed once per week, rotated over a 3 or 4 day training cycle. The program features 24 individual workouts–6 of each of the four modalities. NO workout will be repeated over the course of the program.
The nutrition program (which comes included in the main package) focuses on all of the most effective fat loss strategies. It’s not enough to simply cut calories; while eating less is important, eating too little can create issues hormonally, and slow fat loss. To maximize progress without compromising metabolic health, Omega Weight-loss Nutrition focuses on a few key strategies:
- Intermittent Fasting – helps manage ghrelin and insulin; prevents over eating and allows for larger meals
- Carb and calorie cycling – people to get more nutrition when they need it, allowing for max recovery without impeding fat loss
- IIFYM – if it fits your macros; ultimately, people can eat what they want, PROVIDED they stay within the calorie and macronutrient prescriptions
