I mentioned in a previous post that I’m finally back in the gym. This time I will be consistent because it’s what I want and it’s what it will take for me to be successful in creating the body I desire. Well, today I am sore! It’s a good sore and I know this feeling…I’ve felt it before 🙂 I don’t believe in the saying “No pain, No gain”, but I do believe you need to know you’ve worked your muscles.
In addition to getting back in the gym, I’ve accepted a push up (PUP) challenge. The first week we are to complete 100 PUPs, in the 2nd week 200 PUPs and it increases by 100 each week until the 8th week. That is why the title of this post is “Ouch”! I’m excited to see how my arms shape up with this challenge. I’ll have to show off my guns afterward!!
