I came across a quote that really resonated with me recently. It said “Stop chasing the next great diet that you think will make you thin. It’s time to go inward. Is health a core value?”.

Being healthy has to be a lifestyle. Will it be perfect? ABSOLUTELY NOT!! But it has to be something that you can do for life. Ask yourself if your “diet” is something that you can sustain for a lifetime? If not, it may be time to get educated on what a healthy diet truly is. Long, lasting results are what most people desire, but settle on a quick fix for something that doesn’t last. There are many great programs out there that not only educate, but provide lasting results. If you need some suggestions or guidance, just let me know!
