Fitness Coaching is primarily for individuals who are already in a state of action and need additional coaching to achieve a heightened state of physical fitness or physique transformation and Wellness Coaching is for individuals [and families] who need to make lifestyle changes to become healthier and secondarily aspire to change appearance.

Our fitness coaching methodology provides you with the skills, methods, theories, tactics, and strategies to lose weight. We combine both methodologies Wellness coaching and Fitness coaching to provide accountability, positive support, and to inspire, motivate, and facilitate achievement and goal accomplishment. Additionally, we provide goal setting, exercise planning, and monitor your body metrics to ensure you are successful at meeting your fitness goals.
Fitness is generally achieved through correct nutrition, exercise, and enough rest. A comprehensive fitness program tailored to an individual will probably focus on one or more specific skills, [2] and on age-[3] or health-related needs such as body fat, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, strength and endurance.
We are experienced fitness coaches who focus on process as well as [fitness] strategies as we understand the connection between exercise, nutrition, and rest to develop a plan consistent with your goals, and we translate that into a plan of action to achieve those goals, and we work together collaboratively for the implementation and regular refinement of those goals.

This Is How It Works
Here is the process so you understand exactly how online personal coaching works:
- Take the readiness questionnaire to see if you are ready to move forward or to get out of your own way.
- Read this page again and again and call us or contact us if you have any questions. See how to contact us below.
- Prior to paying, please contact us so that we can discuss your goals and determine if we are good fit for each other.
- If we both determine we are a good fit we will send you a Health & Fitness questionnaire to fill out that will assess your health and fitness history and any health contraindications.
- If there aren’t any health contraindications found after reviewing the questionnaire, Pick the plan that’s right for you (see pricing below). Contact us if you have any questions or if you have a specific circumstance not covered by the plans [pricing] below we can probably work something out.
- Thereafter please go through the simple checkout process using PayPal.
- After payment is received, you will receive a complimentary copy of the Big Book of Exercises and Workout Journal.
- We will send you another form to fill out detailing height, weight, etc. and you will need to submit pictures of yourself (in shorts and top (women) and shirts (men)) and yes everything is held in the strictest of confidence as we expect you too to hold our proprietary information confidential as well.
- Depending on your plan chosen we will correspond by email and/or phone weekly, biweekly and/or monthly and we will always respond to any questions via email.

Joining a gym or hiring a personal trainer, is a big decision, which can be costly too especially if you are not ready.
